Childminding Services

Childminding services will be run by a group of volunteers made up of parents and grandparents.
Here is a sample schedule:
10:00 am: Service Begins – children begin to arrive – free play
10:30 am:  Simple snacks and beverages are offered to children
11:00 am: Everyone returns to the sanctuary for the opening of the ark. Remain with parents or return back to the library for free play.
11:45 am: Clean up! Return to sanctuary for kiddush and final song.
12:00 pm: Wrap Up and Clean Up

Tot Shabbat
Shabbat Mornings at Temple Sholom:
10:00 am: Services in the sanctuary and Childminding in the library
10:45 am: Hakafah – Children march with the Torah Scroll through the sanctuary
11:00 am: Shabbat story and songs with the Rabbi in the library

• Tot Shabbat is geared to children Kindergarten age and younger, but all are welcome.
• Childminding will continue in the library until the conclusion of the main service at approximately 12:00.
• All are invited to stay for the kiddush!
