1. Receive the report on the financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2025;
2. Elect a slate of officers and trustees for the year June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026;
3. Conduct any other business properly brought before the meeting.

2. To receive and consider financial statements for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2025.
3. To receive, consider and if advisable, approve the budget for the 2025-26 fiscal year.
4. To receive and consider the Directors’ report.
